Born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Puerto Rico. Marisol Lugo brings a unique blend of cultural perspective and lived experience as a devoted wife and mother, mental health professional, and community advocate running for Orange County School Board, District 2.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in health administration, with over a decade of experience serving families and vulnerable populations. Marisol is committed to putting students first, supporting teachers, and ensuring parents’ voices are heard.

Marisol is endorsed by Alicia Farrant, District 3 School Board member and who is running candidate for Chair.
